The Bring-In Service includes the repair of defective devices at our service center. It is strictly limited to technical defects of system-relevant hardware components and does not cover wear and tear due to heavy usage or damage caused by improper handling.
You are required to send the defective device to WORTMANN AG for repair at your own expense. After the repair, WORTMANN AG will return the device to you free of charge. WORTMANN AG reserves the right to use components that are "refurbished."
