TERRA CLOUD Housing
Housing offers the hire of
individual height units, complete
racks or separate sections in the
data centre. Existing servers
as well as new, individually
configures servers and be run in a secure
environment. Hardware and software administration
remains the customer´s responsibility.
TERRA CLOUD Hosting
Different TERRA SERVER models
are available for hire as TERRA
CLOUD servers. Our tried and
tested BTO process can be used
to configure these servers.
This service guarantees a response time of 60
minutes (during working hours, otherwise 4 hours)
in case of a server defect. Hardware monitoring
is carried out by the TERRA CLOUD Team, the
administration of the operating system and
applications remains with the customer.
TERRA CLOUD Iaas
Virtual servers can be selected at
any performance level. They can
be extended retrospectively and
can be adjusted to actual
requirements. The cost of a
virtual server is less than for a comparable hardware
server. The TERRA CLOUD infrastructure provides
the virtual servers in high availability and takes care
of administering the required hardware in the
background. The administration of the operating
system and applications remains with the customer.
TERRA CLOUD SaaS
Via SaaS software can be booked
as an individual application. There
is no administration requirements
for hardware and licensing. The
latest version of an application
will always be available and the number of booked
licenses can be adjusted on a monthly basis.
