The TERRA service network in Germany has been in existence since 1995. Today, over one thousand TERRA service partner companies look after several hundred thousand devices in Europe.

Most TERRA products are available with five years of service, for some we even offer up to eight years. Our own responsibility for service never lets us lose sight of impeccable quality.
