TERRA SERVER 7000 Series
TERRA SERVER 7000 series is based on the new Intel Xeon E5-2600 processors and allows for up to 16 cores and up to 768 GB of RAM per server. Compared to previous generations of servers it delivers up to 80 % greater performance. This series is ideally suited to deployment in a virtualisation environment with VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V and other technologies such as e.g. Stratus Avance high availability solutions. They can just as well be deployed as universal servers if high performing systems are required.

The standard specification of TERRA SERVER 7000 series with redundant power supply and fans protects from unplanned server downtime. An integrated Remote Management Module enables simple administration of the server across sites. Your system administrator or TERRA specialist stockist can connect to the server via the internet and start maintenance or repair work straight away without lengthy travel. No matter if the server is switched on or not.

TERRA SERVER 7000 series is available in different builds: As tower (optional transferrable into a 4 HE rack), 1HE or 2HE rack. Up to 16x 2.5" hard drives or 8x 3.5" hard drives can be fitted into the cases. Only SAS or SSD hard drives can be installed.
